The Control Master System can be programmed to your business’s needs. It retains a memory of the different drinks and cocktails your business sells. Once the Control Master System has been programmed it pours the same drink all the time, every time.
The Control Master System incorporates an intuitive system of smart drink pourers, which are attached to your bars beverage bottles. Once a drink is selected by a bartender, the Control Master System then operates valves to only allow a predetermined amount of liquid through.

We challenged 20 bar tenders to pour what they thought was a standard shot. We were shocked to find that on average bar tenders were pouring shots of 47 mL instead of the Australian standard shot of 30 mL.
This meant that bars were selling 12 standard shots less per liter!

Why inventory control alone does not help
